The Key Mk.1
The Key Mk.1 was our first foray into conical burr single-dose grinding andĀ the SCAA 2021 Product of the Year.
The design of the Key centered around fitting a massive, 83mm conical burr set into the most compact, space-saving design possible. The burrs and mount define the Key's width, so it takes up a fraction of the space required by grinders with burrs only a fraction of the size.
While the Key Mk.1 is capable of grinding most roast levels for espresso, if you intend to grind light or nordic roasts for espresso at the lowest RPM, we recommend you take a look at the Key Mk.2 which was re-engineered to cut through the lightest, densest coffees no matter how fine the grind.
This listing is for a previous model, new-in-box.
