We start with the Mazzer Robur 83mm burr set, and then do our own proprietary pre-seasoning on them to make them more suitable for our grinders right out of the box. We finish them with a TiN coating for years and years of perfect coffee grinding. They still benefit from seasoning over a couple of months, but are fully enjoyable out of the box.
A drop-in replacement for the Key, HG-2, and HG-1 coffee grinders.
